Refund policy

In accordance with EU Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to return or exchange goods unconditionally within 14 days of receiving them. To ensure a smooth return and exchange experience, please refer to the following detailed return policies and procedures:

1. Unconditional Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange under EU Consumer Law within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason. The return and exchange period starts from the date of delivery of the goods.

2. Conditions of Return and Exchange
In order to ensure a smooth return or exchange, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

The item is unused and undamaged.
The product retains its original packaging and all accompanying labels, including but not limited to product manuals, plastic bags, tags, etc.
The item should be in its original condition and not have been opened or tampered with.
Please note that items that have been used, damaged or altered may not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return and Exchange Process
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Submit a return or exchange request: Please submit a return or exchange request through our online customer service, email or phone call. Please provide the order number, the name of the item you purchased, and the reason for the return. The customer service team will reply as soon as possible with the return address and detailed instructions.

Confirm the conditions of your return: Once your return request has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the return process and what to note.

Return of Item: Please send the item back to the return address provided. To ensure that your products arrive safely, we recommend that you use a tracking method.

Merchandise Inspection: We will inspect the item within 5 working days of receipt to ensure that the item meets the conditions for return and exchange. If the item is eligible, we will process a refund or exchange within 14 days.

Refunds or exchanges: If the return request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. If you choose to exchange an item, the exchanged item will be dispatched as soon as possible after the return is confirmed.

4. Return Shipping
When you return an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable logistics service to ensure the safe return of the item. If the item is returned due to quality problems or misdelivery, the shipping cost will be borne by us.

5. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is eligible for return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 14 days. The exact timing of refunds may be delayed depending on the payment method or bank processing time.

6. Returns and exchanges are not eligible
The following items are not eligible for this return policy:

Products that have been opened or used.
Personalize your products.
Perishable food, hygiene products, etc.
We will not be able to provide refunds or exchanges for items that are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Special Circumstances
If the product is defective or misshipped due to our negligence, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a free exchange or refund.
